INGREDIENTS

1. Chicky Shake Rich Chocolate Flavor 1 Pack
2. Soy Milk/ Almond Milk 180 ml.
3. Banana 1/2 piece
4. Cold Water 120 ml.

Mix everthing together. Then it is ready to fuel!!
